Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Aurora/Parker

The desk clerk who helped us check in and get comfortable did an excellent job. She was so professional and kind. I wish I could remember her name but we did stay there 11/28, Thanksgiving evening. The HVAC needed some patience but again the desk clerk was on top of it. We enjoyed our stay.

Location very convenient. Clean and staff was outstanding!

The hotel staff were friendly. It's close to shopping, Has decent workout amenities. Breakfast options are average.

Love the front desk employees, especially the night crew.

I NEVER write reviews because I just plain forget to but I HAD to write about our stay here—it was just that good!! My husband, 13 yr old daughter, her friend and our 7 yr old son had to make a very unexpected trip to Aurora, CO for an emergency appointment to the passport agency and my husband and I decided on Fairfield Inn & Suites for two reasons. First was because it had the lowest rates and second, it had great reviews! Both were no lies! We were treated SO well by staff even if it was a friendly smile in passing or when we spoke to them directly for one reason or another. The spacious room was very warm, inviting and most importantly, clean! We were only there for two nights but checked out a day early to try and regard the possible bad weather we would face on our 8 hour drive back home but a few hours later and out of our hands we had to stay one more night after all and the staff was more than willing to accommodate us and we even got the same room which made things nicer! Lastly, the free breakfasts were SO yummy! When long distance driving it is extremely nice to have a hot and healthy start to your day! Although our kids would say their unhealthy choices of sugar cereals and self-prepared waffles was “the best thing ever”! Oh! and they also loved the pool, hot tub and fitness room! Thank you Fairfield Inn & Suites! Your facility was the BOMB! We will definitely come again!
